We are committed to ensuring every order meets your expectations. From the moment your order is placed, our team works with care and diligence to pack and dispatch your products securely and promptly. This Policy is designed to clearly outline the process and terms governing the shipment, return, refund, and cancellation of products purchased on our Platform.
Please note that this Policy applies exclusively to products purchased through our Platform and must be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Game Rules.
Order Processing & Shipment
How long does it take to process and prepare my order?
Orders are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days. Once your order is confirmed, packing begins to ensure your items are prepared securely for dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary by product; refer to the delivery timeline specified on the respective product details page.
Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on the product and destination. Factors such as size, weight, and type of product influence the charges. The exact charges can be viewed in the Order Summary at checkout.
What shipping methods are available?
We currently offer standard shipping. Shipping options are determined by product dimensions and destination. Certain products may require truck transport, while others may be dispatched via regular courier agencies or cargo.
What is the expected delivery time?
In general, you can expect delivery within 7 to 14 business days. Some items may have extended delivery periods due to availability, location remoteness, or customization requirements.
Cancellations & Tracking
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, a tracking ID or link will be shared via email or SMS. You may also visit the "My Orders" section for real-time updates. If tracking info is not updating immediately, please contact support.
Delivery Address Policies
Incorrect delivery address:
If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact support immediately. If not dispatched, we will try to update it. Once shipped, changes may not be feasible, and additional charges may apply for rerouting.
Note: Any issues arising from an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned at the buyer's expense.
Address change in transit:
Unfortunately, delivery address changes cannot be accommodated once an order is in transit.
Delivery Logistics & Refusal
If I am unavailable:
The delivery partner may leave the package in a secure location or leave a delivery attempt notice and make a subsequent redelivery attempt.
Refusal of delivery:
If you refuse delivery, the package will typically be returned to us. Shipping fees or additional charges incurred may be deducted from your refund. Refund eligibility will be determined per vendor policy.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We will work with carriers to resolve issues involving lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. For lost shipments, we offer a replacement or refund after verification.
Responsibility after delivery:
We are responsible for damage prior to delivery. Once delivered, responsibility rests with the buyer. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect products thoroughly upon receipt.
What to do if my order is delayed?
- Track your package: Verify the date via "My Orders".
- Confirm address: Ensure details are accurate in your profile.
- Review payment: Check processing status for irregularities.
- Allow 48 hours: Wait up to 48 hours beyond estimated date before escalating.
If not received within 2 days of the estimated date, contact support.
Mandatory: Damaged, Incorrect, or Empty Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or empty package, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photographs of the item and packaging.
- It is mandatory to record an unboxing video of the unopened package.
- Ensure the shipping label is clearly visible throughout the video.
Note: Refund or return requests cannot be processed without this video evidence. Submit evidence to our support team promptly.
Other Concerns & International Shipping
Marked as delivered but not received:
Check with neighbours or building management first. If unresolved, contact our customer support team.
International Shipping:
At present, we do not offer international delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is located within India.
