Our goal is to deliver products and services that genuinely meet and exceed your expectations. We understand, however, that there may be occasions where a delivered product does not align with what you anticipated. Recognising the importance of a fair and transparent process, this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is designed to clearly outline the procedures for product returns, refunds, and cancellations on our Platform.

Please note that this Policy applies exclusively to products purchased through our Platform and must be read in conjunction with our Delivery and Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Game Rules.

Returns and Replacements

Can I return a product I have purchased?

All items on our Platform are non-returnable as a general rule. Returns are not offered unless explicitly communicated by our customer support team under exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation may qualify for a return, please reach out to our support team for further evaluation and assistance.

Which items can or cannot be returned or replaced?

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product detail page, all items are non-returnable. We strongly encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before completing your purchase. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it generally cannot be returned.

For digital products such as downloads, software, or e-vouchers, these items are non-returnable upon delivery. The transaction is considered complete once the product is delivered. For items such as e-vouchers, discount codes, digital subscriptions, or gift cards, returns, cancellations, and replacements are not applicable. We do not handle disputes relating to the fulfilment of services or products linked to such items (e.g., food delivery vouchers or learning platform codes).

Where a delivered product is found to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing components, we may review the matter and, on a case-by-case basis, offer a return or replacement.

Note: For electronic products, please ensure all personal data has been permanently deleted from the device prior to return. We are not liable for any misuse of personal data retained on returned devices.

Replacement & Evidence Process

Can I request a replacement for my product?

Replacements are generally not available unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team immediately.

Mandatory Evidence: You must provide photographs and a video of the unopened package, with the shipping label clearly visible throughout. Refund or return requests cannot be processed without this video evidence.

Reporting Damaged/Incorrect Orders:

Submit the video, photographs, and order details to our customer support team at admin@googly11.in promptly upon receipt. Once the applicable window has passed, we will be unable to process requests.

Quality Expectations:

We do not accept returns or replacements on subjective grounds, including general dissatisfaction with product quality in the absence of a physical defect or damage.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed in the form of Shopping Credits within seven (7) working days from the receipt of a valid cancellation (prior to dispatch) or successful pickup of the returned product (post-delivery).
